Rental pick up and dropoff

### Picking up your rental car at KEF International Airport Upon exiting the arrivals hall at Keflavik International Airport, please walk across to the Departures Hall. Exit the terminal and cross the parking area named P1 to reach Blue Car Rental’s office at Blikavöllur 3.   The walk takes approximately 4 minutes and is easy to follow. We are partnered with Blue Car Rental, who will be the provider of your rental car.  Look for the Zero Car sign as well as the Blue Express sign.   **Please enter the delivery office to find our keybox and pick up your car using your keycode.** ## Pick-Up: How it works 1. After customs, walk across to the Departures Hall.  2. Exit the terminal and cross the P1 parking area to reach Blue Car Rental’s office at Blikavöllur 3. 3. The walk takes approximately 3 to 4 minutes and is easy to follow. 4. Enter the delivery office, locate the keybox by the Zero Car and Blue Express signage, and collect your keys using your keycode. 5. Speed things up by completing online check-in before you arrive for a faster handover.   ### Dropping off your rental car at Kef International Airport Dropping off a rental car has never been easier. Please approach a delivery agent at Blue Car Rental. They will have a quick look at the car and check the fuel status with you. Please make sure to fill up before returning your car. With Zero Car you have full coverage with Zero Excess ensuring a hassle free drop off.  Your EV rental will be provided with at least a 70% charge and must be returned with the same level. A fee of 25,000 ISK will apply if returned below 70%. Charging stations are widely available across Iceland, making it easy to recharge along your route. Accidents happen though! And in that case, please let the staff at Blue Car Rental know about it so they can have it fixed before the next rental.
